The Appeal Prepper product requirements identify Ankush Agrawal as the project owner; they do not identify a separate operating entity. Appeal Prepper is not a City service, law firm, tax adviser, appraisal practice, or assessment-appeal representative.
Product contact
The 2026 report is currently a free preview, so there are no paid orders to support today. When paid ordering opens, every order confirmation and receipt will include a reply-to support contact for questions and refund requests.
For a refund, reply to the order confirmation or use the support contact on the receipt and include the property address or order number. Refund requests are processed within 24 hours. See the refund policy for the automatic no-comparables guarantee.

Official appeal questions
Questions about filing eligibility, deadlines, fees, forms, hearing scheduling, or a pending case should go to the City office responsible for that process. Appeal Prepper cannot answer for the City or preserve a filing right.
